Terms of Service

Welcome to GenSight.AI. By accessing or using our website, APIs, or Generative Engine Optimization software (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Nature of Service and AI Volatility

GenSight.AI provides proprietary audits, mathematical scoring, and architectural roadmaps designed to measure and improve entity visibility within Large Language Models (LLMs). By using the Service, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• No Guarantees of AI Output: We do not control the algorithms, training datasets, or latent space vectors of third-party LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee specific citation frequency, visibility improvements, or rank displacement.
• Probabilistic Variances: The AI landscape is continuously updating. A score or competitive gap analysis provided by the GenSight Engine represents a point-in-time calculation based on our deterministic matrix and AI inferences. These scores may fluctuate as foundation models update their weights.
• Informational Purposes Only: The implementation roadmaps provided are recommendations for technical web architecture. Implementing these recommendations is done at your own risk.

2. License and Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or agency operations.

GenSight IP: The 35-Node Deterministic Scoring Matrix, the mathematical algorithms, our UI design, and our semantic bridging methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of GenSight.AI. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our proprietary prompts or backend logic.

PDF Artifacts: You own the right to distribute the generated PDF artifacts to your internal teams or external clients, provided that the GenSight.AI branding and copyright notices remain intact.

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to misuse the GenSight Engine. Specifically, you shall not:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or web scrapers to bulk-extract data or audits from our interface.
• Input sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) into the audit search bar.
• Resell the raw API access or provide "white-labeled" software access to our dashboard without an explicit Enterprise Reseller agreement.

4. Payment, Trials, and Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellations and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Due to the computationally expensive nature of AI API calls, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-month cancellations.

5. Connected Services and Data Integrations

Certain features allow you to connect third-party services or install GenSight-provided code to collect analytics about AI crawler activity on websites you control ("Connected Services"). These include, for example, authorizing GenSight to read analytics from your Cloudflare account via an API token you create, or deploying the GenSight edge snippet within your own hosting environment.

Your authority: You may only connect domains and third-party accounts that you own or are authorized to act for. We apply technical checks (such as verifying that a supplied API token controls the domain in question), but you remain responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights.

Credentials: API tokens you supply are stored encrypted and used solely to read the analytics data needed to provide the feature. We recommend creating tokens with read-only permissions scoped to the relevant zone. You may revoke a token at any time in the third-party service, which disables the integration.

Data collected: Connected Services collect metadata about requests made by identified AI crawlers only (crawler identity, requested path, and timestamp). They are designed not to collect information about your human visitors, and do not collect visitor IP addresses.

The edge snippet: Where you deploy GenSight-provided code in your own environment, it is provided "as is"; you are responsible for its deployment and for keeping it unmodified. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party platforms (including Cloudflare) on which Connected Services depend, and we may suspend an integration that is misused or that a third-party change has rendered inoperable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GenSight.AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, digital visibility, web traffic, or goodwill, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party or foundational LLM; or (iii) any errors or omissions in our audit outputs. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve (12) months.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GenSight.AI from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your implementation of the audit roadmaps on your digital properties.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in London, United Kingdom.

9. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may update these Terms periodically; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
